  • Focused Practice Area.  Pennington Law Firm, LLP’s primary focus is the representation of wireless communications carriers. We do not attempt to be all things to all people. We do primarily one thing and we do it well.  Some members have practiced in this area almost exclusively for over fifteen (15) years. Our senior members have extensive experience in the wireless communications industry. Simply said, we know wireless.

These relationships include large and small tower companies and large and small wireless communications companies.  These close relationships and years of experience built trust and confidence with the key players in the wireless industry.  These contacts allow us to resolve problems quickly and keep projects moving and on schedule. This is critical to any quick paced wireless build program.
  • Efficient Pricing.  We understand the driving corporate forces of minimizing deployment costs.  Because of our efficiencies and approach to representing our wireless communications clients, we have been able to establish very attractive legal rates for the services we perform.  We have developed an alternative minimum fee approach.  This billing approach categorizes certain types of repetitive legal tasks.  Based upon historical billing amounts for these tasks, we have developed a minimum flat fee amount. This amount is billed in two simple phases, once for one-half (1/2) of the fee at the outset of the client project, and once for one-half (1/2) of the fee at the conclusion of the client project.  There are exceptions to the flat fee amount for specialized projects and instances where special circumstances result in the actual time billed exceeding the flat fee amount. This type of billing is very attractive to our clients for many reasons.  First, it builds in certainty to the budgeting process. Second, the rates charged are very competitive. Third, it reduces the amount of bills sent which have to be processed.  Our clients spend more time doing productive work rather than processing a stack of invoices received each month for hourly billing.
