Paralegals

Paralegals at Pennington Law Firm, LLP are “Project Managers.” Each Paralegal serves a Regional Team of attorneys. The paralegals create, maintain, and update spreadsheets which provide real time status on all files that their Regional Team is currently working on at any given time. The paralegals order necessary services to complete transactions. The paralegals also act as an interface with other outside vendors whose services are a necessary component to commercial lease packages, including, but not limited to, title companies, engineering companies, survey companies, environmental companies, tower companies, and wireless service providers. The paralegals also assist the Regional Teams in drafting, proofreading, editing, and transmitting legal documents and exhibits for commercial lease packages. The use of paralegals as Project Managers greatly reduces the legal costs to our clients, and makes our process much more efficient.
